The team that brought us Dream Kitchens and Facebook Showrooms is bringing us a whole lot more – a great leader in thinking digitally.
“Often when we do digital work we try to provide people with useful content, websites or apps that provide people with something they actually need and can use for a long time. And that’s exactly what we were aiming at with our baking book.”
“Homemade is best” is a perfect example of digital marketing and utility. It’s useful to people AND because it’s useful, not to mention incredibly creative, people want to talk about it. And they even have an iPhone app to further aid their users in the path-to-purchase. Brilliant.
Looking at other projects from them: a weather app for The Swedish Sea Rescue Society that visualizes dangerous waters for boaters, an online campaign for Volvo that showcases Scandinavian outdoor adventures, and Reebok’s “The Promise Keeper,” and an app that engages runners’ social networks to keep them accountable for their missed workouts – I’d say this is one creative team to watch.
